Marie Wai Cadden has substantial experience in requirements engineering, systems analysis, software design and development, and systems implementation. She has particular experience in component-based architectures and component-based systems development. Marie is also CEO and a founder of Information Methodologies, Inc. (IMI), higher education's leading Enterprise Web Integrator. IMI helps clients optimize their enterprise operations by applying strategic and emerging technologies and tools.

Richard Jacik has an extensive and diverse background in computing. His specialties and interests include requirements engineering, system design, decision support methodologies and architectures, business applications of artificial/machine intelligence, intelligent tutoring systems, and technical training and curriculum development. Richard is also President and a founder of Information Methodologies, Inc. (IMI), higher education's leading Enterprise Web Integrator.

Mark Mojdehi has played leadership roles in establishing user-centered processes in software development projects as a user interface designer, usability engineer and information architect. Mark also has experience as an art director, a human factors engineer and a web designer. He played a key role at the University of Minnesota in the development of one of the first electronic portfolio applications in the country, as well as similar lifelong learning initiatives for the Department of Labor and the Department of Defense.
